Apna Swad (apnaswad.co) is an online store specialising in authentic Bihar sweets and snacks — including Thekua, Perukiya (Gujiya), and Nimki — operated by Parvarish Food Processing LLP, an FSSAI Licensed food processing company.

All products are freshly cooked to order and shipped directly from our kitchen in Bihar. By using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Not use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities

All orders require a ₹99 advance booking payment to confirm your order. This advance helps us procure fresh ingredients and schedule your batch for cooking. The remaining amount is collected at the time of delivery (COD) or can be paid upfront for a 5% discount.

Your order is confirmed only after the ₹99 advance payment is received. Once confirmed, your batch enters our 24–48 hour fresh preparation cycle.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it (before cooking begins) for a full refund of the ₹99 advance. Once food preparation has started, the advance is non-refundable.

Apna Swad reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Unavailability of ingredients or stock
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Operational issues beyond our control

If we cancel your order, the full ₹99 advance will be refunded within 5–7 business days.

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay / Shopify Payments.

Every order is freshly cooked after confirmation. Preparation takes 24–48 hours.

Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or operational constraints.

FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

You will receive real-time tracking updates via WhatsApp after your order is dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, the order will be returned to us. Refunds or re-shipment will be offered at our discretion.

Since all products are freshly cooked food items, standard returns are not applicable due to hygiene and food safety reasons.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• ₹99 advance is fully refundable if cancelled before cooking begins
• ₹99 advance is non-refundable once food preparation has started

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However:

• Appearance of handmade food products may vary slightly between batches
• Weight may vary marginally due to the handmade nature of our products
• Colours in product photos may differ slightly due to screen settings

These minor variations are inherent to authentic handmade food products and do not constitute a defect.

All allergen information is clearly listed on each product page. Customers with food allergies, diabetes, or other health conditions should review ingredient lists carefully before ordering.

• Desi ghee products contain dairy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to:

In case of pricing errors, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. A full refund will be processed if payment was already made.
