  • Product arrived stale, spoiled, or with an off smell
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Wrong variant delivered (e.g., ordered Sugar-Free, received regular)
  • Product significantly different from listing description
  • Missing items — you received fewer packs than ordered
  • Packaging was tampered or opened on arrival

Not Eligible for Replacement / Refund

  • Complaint raised after 24 hours from delivery
  • Product consumed partially or fully before reporting
  • Product spoiled due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., left in heat/sunlight)
  • Minor variations in appearance — handmade products naturally vary between batches
  • Minor weight variation — handmade items may differ marginally
  • Taste preference — "I expected it to taste different" is not a quality issue
  • Allergic reactions where allergens were clearly declared on the product page

₹99 IS Refundable

  • You cancel within 2 hours of placing the order (before cooking begins)
  • We are unable to fulfil your order due to ingredient unavailability or operational issues
  • We cancel your order for any reason on our end

₹99 is NOT Refundable

  • You cancel after cooking has started (ingredients already procured and preparation begun)
  • You cancel after 2 hours of placing the order
  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address or phone number provided by you
  • You refuse delivery without a valid reason

How are refunds processed?

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking) within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, we process refunds via bank transfer — we'll ask for your bank account details.

What photos should I send?

Clear photos of: (1) the product showing the issue, (2) the packaging/pouch, and (3) the outer shipping box. These help us verify the issue quickly and process your claim faster.

How long does a replacement take?

Once your claim is approved, we cook a fresh replacement batch within 24–48 hours and ship it via Shiprocket. Total replacement delivery: 4–9 days from claim approval.

Do I need to return the product?

No. Since these are food items, we do not ask you to return the product. Just send us photos as proof, and we'll process your replacement or refund.

What if I disagree with the decision?

If your claim is rejected and you believe it's unfair, reply to the email thread with additional photos or details. We'll re-review your case. Our goal is always your satisfaction.
