Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and/or email. You can track your shipment in real-time directly from the courier's website.
Packaging
All products are packed in food-grade pouches inside branded outer boxes to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.
COD Policy
Cash on Delivery is available on all orders pan-India. Pay ₹99 advance to book, and the remaining amount to the delivery agent. Please keep the exact amount ready.
Prepaid Priority
Prepaid orders receive dispatch priority and a flat 5% discount. If you want your order faster, paying online is the best option. UPI, cards, and net banking accepted.
Delivery Attempt Failed
If the courier is unable to deliver after 2–3 attempts (customer unavailable, wrong address, refused), the order will be returned to us. Full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping may be available in the future.
