nani–dadi ke daane, naye andaaz mein

श्री अन्न — बिहार के पुराने अनाज, वही हाथ का स्वाद

Handmade nimki from the millets our grandmothers cooked with — kodo, foxtail, barnyard and browntop. 75% millet, bound with a little atta, no maida, fried crisp and seasoned four ways. Wholesome enough for every day, special enough to gift.

The grains our kitchens forgot — made the Bihari way

Long before refined flour, Bihari kitchens ran on millets — what the country now calls Shree Anna. Hardy, high-fibre little grains that nani and dadi ground, roasted and fried into everyday snacks.

We bring them back as nimki: each millet is 75% of the dough, bound with just enough wheat atta to hold the crunch, fried in refined oil and seasoned your way — jeera, ajwain, sesame or black pepper. No maida, no shortcuts, every batch made to order.
